Professional Bio

  • Aurelia Ochako is a Training Coordinator and Manager with more than 6 years of experience in corporate training and capacity building within the pension sector.
  • She has Previously worked at the Institute of Pension Management as the Assistant Training Manager-Corporate Trainings where her role was to Market, Sell and Execute all trainings scheduled through developing business strategies that will foster the achievement of business growth and market penetration, among other duties.
  • Her vast experience in training administration, coordination and business development in corporate trainings under the field of; pension, change management, Pre-retirement trainings, HR-related and leadership programs will contribute significantly in driving growth in the Institute’s training and consultancy as well as ensure that clients are satisfied with our services.


  • She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Supply chain Management and Procurement from the University of Nairobi,
  • Currently, an ongoing MBA Student –Strategic Management
  • In addition to the above, Aurelia has undergone  various trainings to sharpen her skills in Project management, Leadership and transformation ,Team skills  and Customer Experience
  • She is also a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya
